At DEFINE, your form is everything. Regardless of your current fitness level or past Pilates experience, our Method will have your muscles shaking within seconds while keeping your body properly aligned. You will gain flexibility, endurance, coordination, and balance as we help you awaken every muscle in your body, engage your small-twitch muscle fibers, and build lean muscle mass. Before you know it, your hard work and dedication will have your body toned achieving the coveted "DEFINED" look. Our instructors provide guidance and modifications to ensure each member experiences a challenging, yet safe workout. At DEFINE, your body will not "plateau" as it does in other forms of exercise, instead it will leave you craving more.

Regardless of your fitness level our experienced instructors will take you through a 50 minute flow utilizing equipment and props to elevate your practice while focusing on form by using slow controlled movement to target muscles you never knew existed.

Body Sculpt


This high-energy HIIT-like class uses the one-of-a-kind, “love to hate it” jumpboard! Only used on the reformer, we attach a padded board to the front of the reformer that allows you to engage in cardio while still maintaining a low impact experience. Everyone leaves sweaty but loving their new favorite cardio class!
*Students should expect to use props and weights in this class.*

At DEFINE, we strive to provide a luxurious approach to private training. Each session is tailored to meet clients needs, as well as challenge the individual to build endurance and strength.

Private Training


Private training is a one-on-one approach that gives you the a quiet space to achieve your goals. Whether you are recovering from an injury, needing special attention, or wanting a customized program, private training will be the way to start.

Prior to opening DEFINE, Ashley was the Lead Master Instructor who help open and operate three successful studios in Scottsdale, Arizona. Ashley brings an unmatched combination of Pilates expertise and proven execution that has helped countless people transform themselves. Ashley wanted DEFINE Pilates to be a place where every body is embraced to become it's very best, both physically and mentally.
