This introductory experience is designed to introduce our signature method, get familiar with the equipment, and help you understand the core principles of Pilates. During this session you will receive a personalized pathway to achieve your goals.

Must be a local resident and have never attended a class at DEFINE PILATES.
If you are visiting from out of town, you are invited to sign up to take a drop-in class at our regular $40/class rate.
