Q: Tell me a little bit about you:
A: I work full-time in advertising and teach Pilates in my free time! Pilates has had such a transformative impact on my life – both mentally and physically – and I love being able to share that with others.
Q: Credentials (certifications):
A: I’m certified through Pilates Sports Center (PSC) and have my NPCP certification.
Q: What is your teaching style?
A: My teaching style is contemporary, with an emphasis on balance and stability work. I always try to be creative with my flow.
Q: A fun little fact about you not many people know:
A: I love board games! Playing Catan with my friends is one of my favorite ways to spend a weekend.
